InfoTronics honored by HROA for Launch of Attendance Enterprise at University of Alabama - Birmingham
Time and attendance system provider named finalist for "North American Customer Relationship of the Year"
(May 15, 2013) Livonia, Michigan — InfoTronics, the Livonia, Michigan-based developer of time and attendance software systems, is pleased to announce that it has been recognized as a finalist in the 2013 HROA Awards for the launch of its Attendance Enterprise time and attendance system at the University of Alabama - Birmingham (UAB).
The global HROA Awards program is organized annually by the Human Resources Outsourcing Association (HROA) to recognize and promote organizations that improve the quality, effectiveness, and efficiency of outsourcing as part of an overall HR service delivery strategy. This year, members of the HROA voted to select finalists that best embodied the theme "Be Transformed."
The launch of Attendance Enterprise at UAB was one of six projects named finalists in the "North American Customer Relationship of the Year" category. The project was honored for the effective collaboration between InfoTronics, UAB and workforce management firm Gorrie Regan & Associates. It was also recognized for its impressive results.
For example, the launch of Attendance Enterprise allowed UAB Facilities division to trim time and attendance processing times by 75 percent. The Animal Resources division saved costs equal to salary and benefits for one and one-half employees annually, while trimming processing times by 50 percent. All supervisors now have data that helps them make better attendance-related decisions and drive more efficient operations. All HROA Award finalists were recognized at the 9th Annual HROA Awards Gala in Philadelphia, Penn., on May 2, 2013.
