Colonial Manor Selects Attendance Enterprise to Assist with ACA Compliance
Payroll Base Journal (PBJ) Reports Made Easy
(September 7, 2016) Livonia, Michigan – InfoTronics, Inc. announces Colonial Manor, a skilled nursing and assisted living facility in Columbus Junction, Iowa, has chosen Attendance Enterprise to assist in their Affordable Care Act compliance efforts.
Working with certified partner Time Management Systems (Sioux Falls, South Dakota), Colonial Manor implemented the new Payroll Based Journal (PBJ) feature in their existing Attendance Enterprise system. The PBJ feature allows Colonial Manor to automatically report employee time in the midnight-to-midnight calendar day format required. The PBJ reports can be easily reviewed and submitted to the Centers of Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).
There was no need to change the payroll system or the time keeping system. The facility simply implemented this new Attendance Enterprise feature. Colonial Manor saved countless hours in compiling PBJ data and also proactively complied with new regulations mandated for Long Term Care facilities.
